Article Student Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold safety, curb appeal, and quality maintenance across our property in Vista, CA. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and provide professional service to residents with a neat appearance and friendly communication.

The position offers $17–$19 per hour plus shared commission, along with a benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) match, and parental leave.

Article Student Living is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to ensure our established standards for our property including safety, appearance, and all maintenance operations. You will ensure the outlook of the grounds, community areas, and overall curb appeal for the property. The daily responsibilities of the role will vary, depending on the needs of the community. You will provide professional service to the residents, so excellent customer service and a maintained personal appearance is an expectation.

The pay range for this position is $17 - $19 per hour, plus shared commission.
