Job summary

You will troubleshoot plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and possibly HVAC, with an emphasis on safety and quality. A high school diploma, driving license, and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws.
• A valid driver's license with good driving record, auto insurance, and reliable transport.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Address resident service requests promptly.
