Qualifications

• Preferred minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote a quality living experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns including painting, diagnosing problems, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform emergency after-hours maintenance as required.
