Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living experiences.
• Perform preventive maintenance and apartment turns across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related areas.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness and coordinate with contractors.
• Handle after-hours emergencies as required.
