Job summary

MRK Property Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities across properties. Responsibilities include repairs, preventative work, and supervising the team to ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires at least 3 years as a residential maintenance technician and 2 years of supervisory experience, with HVAC/EPA certifications preferred. Flex schedules and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and 3+ years as a residential maintenance technician.
• 2+ years supervising 2–3 team members.
• HVAC certification is a plus; EPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred.
• Must read, speak and understand English.
• Proficient in plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
• Willing to work flex schedule and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Model company mission and drive resident satisfaction.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative work orders.
• Restore vacated apartments to move-in condition.
• Inspect buildings and alarm systems; supervise contractors.
• Respond to work orders and complete repairs.
• Perform snow removal and janitorial duties per schedule.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and OSHA standards.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies on weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Oversee daily grounds cleaning and dumpster area maintenance.
• Assist Property Manager with onboarding of maintenance staff.
• Provide training and feedback to technicians.
