Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, reliable service for residents. The role collaborates with the Maintenance Supervisor and reports to the Property Manager, focusing on ongoing property upkeep and safety.

Responsibilities include completing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs, turnover tasks, and preventive maintenance, while maintaining clean work areas and meeting safety standards. Full-time position with benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and other systems as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Maintain common areas: sweep, mop, vacuum, trash, pressure wash, clean windows.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Support an effective preventive maintenance program for assigned areas.
• Ensure safety; keep equipment and structures in safe condition.
• Enter newly purchased tools or equipment into inventory; maintain a clean work area.
• Observe all safety rules and procedures.
