KW Property Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property’s maintenance team, manage work orders, and ensure safety, quality and timeliness in all tasks.

The role requires at least two years of supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies on-site in Miami. The position is full-time and based at the property, with exposure to typical maintenance environments.

Qualificações

• Minimum two (2) years as a Maintenance Supervisor with responsibilities of managing direct reports.
• General experience in building trades, repair and maintenance work.
• Must be able to be at the work location.
• Must be able to react to emergencies within 30 minutes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and assign tasks to the maintenance staff.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and adjust.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment.
• Detect faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
• Receive and complete work orders from residents.
• Coordinate with property vendors on jobs performed at the property.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts and order as needed.
