LyvWell Apartments in Oakland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a high-complexity multi-unit property. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work meets quality standards.

This role requires 3–4 years of property maintenance experience, a high school diploma, English proficiency, and ability to work with contractors. On-site benefits include full benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and housing discount.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Computer and smartphone literacy required; multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff; assist with hiring and performance reviews.
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including HVAC systems; diagnose and fix problems.
• Perform or supervise carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.
• Interface with contractors, prepare specifications, and solicit bids per bid process.
