LyvWell Apartments in Los Angeles is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service a busy multi-unit property. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical systems, and building machinery while delivering exceptional resident service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of required experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3-4 years can offset educational requirements.
• Preferred HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing certifications.
• May require a valid driver's license depending on property needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, maintenance, and replacements.
• Plumbing repairs and replacements (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry tasks: doors, shelves, countertops, locks.
