Bernstein Management Corporation is seeking a Residential Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at Park Crest in NW DC, a 400-unit property. You will supervise staff across plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and preventive maintenance, ensuring timely repairs and safety compliance.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 4+ years of maintenance experience; a CFC license or CAMT are preferred. The role supports a hands-on, on-site operations model with after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal and condition of Park Crest property.
• Supervise staff for vacancy refurbishment and minimize turnaround time.
• Prioritize, assign and submit service requests to rental office.
• Implement Preventive Maintenance Program and control expenditures.
• Respond to inspection reports and after-hours emergencies.
