Bernstein Management Corporation (BMC) is seeking a Residential Maintenance Supervisor for Park Place and Paramount properties in NW DC. You will oversee plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and general preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and efficiency.
The role includes supervising staff, reducing vacancy turnaround times, managing service requests, and enforcing the company’s preventive maintenance program while reporting daily to the Property Manager.

The Residential Maintenance Supervisor oversees general maintenance of the Park Place and Paramount properties, NW DC, relating to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC units and preventative maintenance. This position has supervisor responsibilities.
