Paths Building Services LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for affordable housing properties. The role oversees safe and economical maintenance of buildings, grounds, and mechanical systems, reporting to the Regional Property/Maintenance Manager.

This is a non-exempt position with on-call duties as required. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in maintenance and at least 2 years of supervision, plus HVAC, boiler, sprinkler, and plumbing certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least five (5) years maintenance experience.
• Must have at least two (2) years of managerial experience.
• Certifications in HVAC, boiler, sprinkler, plumbing are required.
• Strong customer service skills to work with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Ability to train and supervise maintenance staff and coordinate tasks.

• Perform basic repairs: carpentry, painting, flooring, electrical work.
• Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations and inspect boiler safety.
• Clean and maintain common areas and appliances; manage supplies.
• Review work orders and respond promptly; provide on-call support after hours.
• Supervise handyman and porter; lead maintenance team.
