Related Affordable Housing is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an affordable housing community in Crosby, TX. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate unit turns, and ensure safety and quality across systems and grounds.

The role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical work, plus supervisory experience. A strong focus on resident services and budgets with the Community Manager is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of general maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Real Page One Site or similar property management software.
• Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical/appliance repairs.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a related trade preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain unit turns and service requests to meet standards.
• Direct maintenance staff to deliver resident service.
• Schedule and complete service requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect property systems and address safety issues.
• Oversee upkeep of common areas, grounds, and systems.
• Coordinate on-budget discussions with Community Manager.
• On-call rotation for emergencies and after-hours work.
