Apartment Management Consultants in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure timely upkeep of our properties. You will schedule tasks, supervise staff, and coordinate vendor work to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role requires HVAC, plumbing, and electrical knowledge, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage inventory, safety compliance, and on-call service requests.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Property maintenance/handyman experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and prepare vacant units.
• Supervise maintenance team and schedule vendor work.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and MSDS records.
• Ensure OSHA safety policies are followed.
• Be on-call for service requests and evictions.
• Manage inventory and ordering of supplies.
