Brookfield Properties is seeking a Maintenance Manager for a high-traffic residential property at 15 Cliff Street, New York, NY. You will supervise a team, coordinate routine and urgent maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient building environment.

The role requires 3–4 years in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance, strong English communication, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. EPA/HVAC certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in commercial or multi-unit property maintenance.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• EPA/HVAC license required or property-specific needs.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Electrical and appliance maintenance skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead maintenance team across multi-unit property.
• Coordinate repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks.
• Interface with contractors and vendors; procure bids and ensure bid process compliance.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
