Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and machinery maintenance across our communities. You’ll work in a team-focused setting and be the go-to person for timely, high-quality repairs.

The role requires 1–2 years of commercial or multi-unit property experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills in English. A valid driver’s license may be needed; weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Commercial Property or Multi-Unit Residential Property.
• High School Diploma/GED required; 3–4 years of related experience can offset the education requirement.
• HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing certifications preferred (depending on property).
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• HVAC repairs, cleaning, replacement and maintenance.
• Plumbing repairs, replacement of parts, installations (sinks, toilets, faucets).
• Carpentry work: repairs and installations (doors, shelves, countertops, locks).
• Painting: drywall/plaster repairs and painting.
• Electrical work: lighting, wiring, switches and devices.
• Machinery maintenance: repair and upkeep of chillers, belts, pumps, fans.
• Other duties as assigned; provide exceptional customer service.
