Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support a multi-unit residential property. You will assist the Maintenance Operations Manager, lead a small team, and perform repairs on boilers, pumps, HVAC systems and general building systems.

You should have 3–4 years of related experience, strong communication, and a customer-service mindset. On-site housing discounts and full benefits are offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of experience at a commercial or multi-unit residential property.
• Preferred certifications: HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Operations Manager or Supervisor in daily maintenance.
• Lead a team of maintenance technicians on daily operations.
• Repair and maintain machinery, boilers, water heaters, pumps and fans.
• Perform carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical tasks as needed.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, and ensure safety and efficiency.
