LyvWell Apartments in Tampa, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the repair and upkeep of a multi-unit property. You will supervise maintenance, coordinate activities, and ensure safety and quality across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and housekeeping tasks.

The role involves hiring, training, scheduling, conducting performance reviews, and interfacing with contractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of commercial or multi-unit property maintenance experience.
• EPA/HVAC certification required or property-dependent.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and leads the maintenance team; hires, trains, schedules and assesses staff.
• Repairs and maintains mechanical systems, including HVAC; diagnoses issues and replaces parts.
• Performs carpentry duties such as door installation and drywall repair.
• Handles electrical tasks like lighting and wiring inspections and replacements.
• Performs plumbing duties including unclogging and pipe repairs.
• Interacts with contractors; solicits bids and manages vendor relations.
• Implements preventative maintenance programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
