Job summary

The role requires strong technology comfort, 2+ years in residential maintenance coordination, and excellent communication with owners and residents. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM EST in our Bloomingdale HQ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential maintenance coordination or property operations.
• Comfort operating across digital platforms and property management software.
• Ability to translate repair details into clear owner/resident messaging.

Responsibilities

• Review, triage and dispatch daily maintenance requests.
• Maintain 24–48 hour updates to residents and owners.
• Coordinate turnovers with the turnover team and prepare repair scopes.
• Coordinate dispatches and safety checks for preventative maintenance.
• Audit invoices and vendor charges for accuracy.
• Utilize AppFolio, LeadSimple, Slack, Notion, and Google Gemini to document work.
