Seasons at Hoffman Estates Apartments in Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance & Grounds Technician. This role covers hands-on maintenance, seasonal grounds care, and timely service requests to keep residents satisfied.

You will prepare market-ready apartments, assist with common areas, handle on-call repairs in a rotating schedule, and participate in snow events during winters. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are required, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, teammates, and vendors.
• Experience in maintenance or a related field preferred but not required.
• Willingness to attend training and obtain additional certifications as needed.

Responsibilities

• Utilize troubleshooting skills to address a diverse range of residential service requests promptly.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing repairs to return to market-ready condition.
• Communicate unresolved maintenance issues to the Property Manager for resolution.
• Perform seasonal grounds work to maintain clean, well-kept surroundings per FRED standards.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as bathrooms, hallways, and fitness center.
• Contribute to preventative maintenance tasks to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
• Perform on-call emergency repairs within a rotation to serve residents.
• Winter months include mandatory hours for snow events.
