22 Slate Apartments in Madison, WI is seeking a Seasonal Groundskeeper to join FRED property management. You will perform seasonal grounds work, tidy exterior areas, and assist in maintaining common spaces around the clubhouse and offices.

The role requires physical stamina and a professional demeanor; a valid driver's license is preferred. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with potential for full-time engagement and a winter snow-event schedule through January 2027.
