• Minimum one year working with youth or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dormitory operations to maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Schedule and supervise clean-up; submit repair requests.
• Provide supervision for cafeteria, laundry, activities, and other areas as scheduled.
• Maintain communication with counselors, instructors and other staff.
• Lead dormitory programs and center services to benefit students.
• Ensure buildings are secure and orderly at all times.
• Submit time sheets as required by policy.
• Assist and train student leaders as per center policy.
• Participate in staff trainings and disciplinary action as needed.
