Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a Residential Advisor Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate residential living operations across a 24/7 campus environment. You will hire and train RAs, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and student development.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work any shift. Associate degree in a human services field and 2+ years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Computer literacy with email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with students.
• High level of communication, interpersonal, organization, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of residential living/dormitory procedures and practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dormitory operations and supervise RA schedules.
• Monitor student movement between dorms and ensure safety.
• Provide orientation and training to RAs.
• Maintain records of students' personal/social development plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely dormitory activity logs and reports.
• Collaborate with safety/security and other departments on student issues.
• Administer first aid and emergency procedures.
• Arrange student transportation when needed.
• Submit time sheets and assist with student leadership programs.

Education

Associate's Degree in human services fields (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling)

2+ years related experience in residential supervision

Strong communication and leadership

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
