Job summary

Princeton Management is seeking a motivated leasing agent for a beautiful residential community in Watford City, ND. You will engage with prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience in leasing or real estate is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants and residents via phone, email, and in person to provide exceptional customer service.
• Conduct property tours and present units and amenities to potential residents.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process and explain terms, conditions, and documents.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, applications, unit status, and traffic reports; report issues to the property manager.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities to work independently or as part of a team.
