Job summary

Princeton Management in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to manage two apartment communities, Westridge Apartments and Sleepy Ridge Apartments & Townhomes. The role involves engaging with prospective residents, touring properties, and guiding applicants through leasing terms.

You will split your days between the two sites, maintain accurate leasing records, and provide outstanding customer service to residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or real estate preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Familiar with local rental market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective residents, providing information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address inquiries.
• Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms and rental agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, addressing concerns.

Professional property management company seeks candidate with excellent customer service as an experienced leasing professional for two beautiful Williston apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two.
