Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person and deliver strong customer service.
• Conduct property tours and explain units and amenities to applicants.
• Explain lease terms and assist through the leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, occupancy, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the property team to ensure high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
