Job summary

American Landmark Apartments is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for Macallan on Ross, a 368-unit community in Dallas, TX. You will conduct tours, process leasing paperwork, collect deposits, and ensure models and policies are up to date.

You will leverage knowledge of current market, pricing, amenities, and competition to drive leasing success and resident retention. A supportive team offers strong training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A college degree is helpful but not required.
• Leasing experience also helps, but is not required.
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct apartment tours with prospective residents.
• Complete leasing documents and collect rental deposits.
• Ensure model apartments are ready to be shown.
• Understand lease terms, specifications, and community policies.
• Know leasing agent sales and closing techniques.
• Know the current market and pricing/amenities.
• Maintain contact with locator services and local businesses to stay competitive.
• Shop local competitor communities.
• Develop knowledge of application information, screening processes and policies.
• Conduct outreach marketing at least weekly.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs to encourage renewals.
• Organize resident and property files.
• Handle resident requests and complaints appropriately.
• Contribute to collection of delinquent rents.
