Job summary

The High Companies seek a Full-Time Residential Leasing & Marketing Representative for Bentley Ridge in Lancaster, PA. You will welcome visitors, handle apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, and actively market the property to achieve maximum occupancy.

This role interfaces with prospective and current residents to drive occupancy and deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates are outgoing, highly organized, with at least six months in multifamily leasing, strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay highly organized.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience with multifamily communities (6+ months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the property and make them feel welcome.
• Maintain property social media pages and website.
• Gather information about the property, surrounding community and competition.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails; conduct daily follow-ups.
• Lead guests through vacant or model apartments and discuss features and benefits.
• Follow up with potential residents and coordinate leasing processes.
• Inspect vacant/model units and amenity spaces daily.
• Schedule and coordinate leasing signage; support marketing events as needed.
• Promote resident retention programs and participate in events.
• Perform administrative duties to support the property manager and leasing team.
