High Associates is seeking a Full-Time Residential Leasing & Marketing Representative at Bentley Ridge in Lancaster, PA. You will welcome visitors, conduct apartment tours, process move-ins and renewals, and support marketing efforts to maximize occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience with multifamily communities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome while addressing their needs.
• Maintain property social media pages and website.
• Gather information about the property, surroundings, and competition.
• Respond promptly to phone calls and emails from guests.
• Lead tours of vacant/model apartments and discuss community features.
• Follow up with potential residents and coordinate leasing activities.
• Inspect vacant/model spaces and amenity areas daily.
• Schedule and coordinate leasing signage and marketing outreach.
• Promote resident retention programs and participate in events.
• Perform administrative duties to support the property manager.
