Purdue University Northwest in Hammond, IN seeks a Residential Learning Coordinator to manage a 950-resident on-campus community and supervise student staff, in partnership with the Assistant Director for Residential Education.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–2 years in housing or student affairs, and experience with emergency response. The position includes an on-call rotation and a typical 8am–5pm schedule with some evening work and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in Housing/Student Affairs/Counseling; emergency response experience.
• Graduate school counts as full-time experience.
• Experience living in a college housing environment and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a residence hall community.
• Participate in on-call housing duty rotation.
• Support growth and development of student staff.
