The REC will build relationships with students, faculty, and staff, coach graduate students, supervise student staff, and respond to sensitive issues to foster a diverse, respectful community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 0-1 year of experience.
• One year professional work experience.
• Ability to support a culture of professionalism aligned with unit values.
• Strong skills in decision making, problem solving, strategic thinking, financial management, and drive for results.
• Experience in supervision, leading others and promoting teamwork.
• Ability to work under limited supervision and interpret rules and guidelines.
