Job summary

Maas Verde Landscape Restoration, LLC in Central Texas is seeking a Maintenance Sales Representative to grow our landscape maintenance business. You will partner in marketing efforts, build client relationships, and manage opportunities from lead generation through project implementation.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, plus experience in landscape maintenance sales or project management, with advanced Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred.
• Understanding of construction, environment, and landscaping industry is preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience in landscape maintenance sales, irrigation, or project management is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required.
• Experience reading, negotiating, and understanding contracts is required.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are important.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Superior written communication and presentation skills is required.
• An ability to analyze data and present findings is required.
• Able to multitask and demonstrate a commonsense approach to problem solving.
