Job summary

GreenSpace Lawn & Landscape in Manassas, VA is hiring a Landscaping Account Manager-Residential to serve as the primary liaison between clients and the operations team, managing relationships, service quality, and account profitability.

Location: Manassas, VA. Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 per year with a bonus incentive. Responsibilities include site audits, renewal proposals, and coordinating with Production Managers to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in landscape account management or related industry service roles.
• In-depth horticultural knowledge with landscape maintenance best practices.
• Success overseeing landscape crews and ensuring site safety compliance.
• Strong understanding of service economics, labor efficiency, and field productivity metrics.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication, timely follow-up, and effective service solutions that strengthen relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with Production Managers to coordinate maintenance schedules, work plans, and service quality to ensure operations consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
• Conduct regular site audits to evaluate landscape quality, identify enhancement opportunities, and document findings in Aspire to maintain accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee financial performance by monitoring budgets, tracking job costs, and managing account profitability.
• Develop and deliver professional proposals for enhancements and contract renewals, providing timely follow-up within 24 hours and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
• Maintain accurate client records, KPI reports, and other administrative documentation. Participate in leadership and strategic planning meetings to support operational excellence and organizational success.
