Astound is seeking a Direct Sales Representative for residential, field-based work. You will engage residents in a door-to-door capacity, present offers, provide quotes, and secure sign-ups in assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outdoor, direct, residential sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers through in-person visits.
• Present services, provide quotes, and sign-up orders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through uncapped commissions.
• Maintain knowledge of property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report progress to management.
• Represent Astound professionally in the assigned territories.
