You will partner with a project team to translate concepts into buildable documents, develop plans and elevations, and refine designs based on client feedback and site constraints. This role emphasizes ownership, collaboration, and thoughtful design leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; portfolio required.
• NCIDQ certification valued but not required.
• Experience in residential remodeling or high-end residential design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand client goals and home context through discovery meetings and site visits.
• Develop cohesive design concepts balancing beauty, function, and buildability.
• Lead design presentations, material selections, and client walkthroughs.
• Create buildable documentation including floor plans, elevations, and specs.
• Collaborate with Drafter, Project Coordinator, and site leadership to translate design intent into construction documents.
