Job summary

TopBuild Corp. in Fullerton, CA is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant to sell insulation and building materials to residential and light commercial accounts. You will identify prospects, conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, and build trusted relationships to close deals.

You will monitor market conditions and competitors, meet monthly targets, and guide customers from initial sale to project completion while upholding safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in building products or construction.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, present proposals, generate new business and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials based on customer needs and market conditions.
• Meet monthly sales targets and communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception.
• Manage the customer experience from sale through project completion and beyond.
