Job summary

Ackerman Nolan Heating in Colfax, WA is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish, install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems.

You'll mentor apprentices, ensure installations meet specs and codes, communicate with homeowners, maintain safe job sites, and work with service teams to enrich the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork.
• Washington state 06-A electrical license and gas fitters license; EPA Card within 6 months of hire.
• Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
