Job summary

Better Air NW is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. You will install HVAC systems and ductwork in homes across the Puget Sound area, working closely with the Install Team to ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standard.

Candidates should have lead HVAC installation experience, EPA refrigerant handling, 06A/06B, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive a box truck, plus strong communication and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Residential Lead HVAC Install Experience, including Gas & Electric Furnaces, ACs, Heat Pumps and Mini-Splits
• Clear understanding of what Customer Service entails
• EPA universal refrigerant handling license (Required)
• 06A or 06B Certification (Required)
• Clean driving record with valid driver’s license and ability to drive a box truck
• Strong communication skills and reliability

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems and ductwork in residential homes across the Puget Sound area
• Work closely with Install Team to ensure projects are completed safely and to the highest standard
• Move heavy equipment up to 75 lbs and perform sheet metal fabrication as needed
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work site
• Provide friendly, professional service and ensure customer satisfaction
