Job summary

Eco Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Air in Seattle seeks an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will install air conditioning, heating, control systems and IAQ devices, following manufacturer guidelines, and perform system startup to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation.
• Possession of an EPA Universal Certification.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately install air conditioning, heating, control systems, IAQ, and humidity and temperature control systems following precise manufacturer guidelines.
• Proficiently perform system startup and troubleshoot various residential HVAC systems.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships while gaining in-depth knowledge of customer needs and expectations, both new and existing.
