Job summary

Clarke-Rush is seeking an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team. This role leads crews, manages residential installation projects from start to finish, and delivers top-quality workmanship and customer service.

You will oversee installations of furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, package units, mini splits, and ductwork, while supervising helpers and ensuring adherence to codes and manufacturer standards. EPA certification preferred and heavy lifting may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, duct design, airflow, refrigeration, and electrical components.
• Experience with residential change-outs, retrofits, ductwork modifications, and new construction installations.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage crews and maintain productivity while ensuring quality workmanship.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• EPA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Ensure all paperwork, materials, and job documentation are completed accurately and on time.
