Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an Install Department Manager for the Olathe, Kansas office. You will oversee the install department’s daily operations, plan schedules to meet commitments, and drive cost-conscious project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of management experience in a service/install environment, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license. You will develop team members and collaborate with front-line managers to improve performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management/ supervisory experience in a services or installation environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to manage and develop field technicians and office staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the install department.
• Plan and implement schedules to meet daily commitments.
• Evaluate workload to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
• Review financial and operational reports with front-line managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop the team.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding.
