Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred, equivalent combinations considered.
• Prior work in a service-based industry is a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Residential Install department.
• Plan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure proper execution.
• Review workload and manpower to meet customer commitments cost-effectively.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, below budget and to customer satisfaction.
• Review monthly financial/operational reports and develop action plans to improve.
• Improve individual performance through regular performance reviews.
• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.
• Other duties as assigned
