The Contractor Consultants is hiring an Inside Sales & Project Coordinator in West Monroe, LA. This role bridges customer needs with material delivery, overseeing the project lifecycle from estimating to completion.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, fluency in English, and strong math skills. Preferred candidates will have a degree in Construction Management or experience in building materials sales. Compensation includes bi-weekly pay, paid time off, and a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate technical details clearly.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Proven mathematical skills for quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Execute material takeoffs from blueprints for accuracy and profitability.
• Coordinate phased material deliveries to keep project timelines.
• Manage the full project lifecycle and serve as primary contact.
• Generate quotes and entries in the ERP system.
• Facilitate problem solving for customers across product lines.
• Maintain a high-standard showroom environment.
