Job summary

Victory Plumbing in Savannah, GA seeks a Plumbing Sales Manager to lead residential service, replacement, and contractor-driven work. You will present options to homeowners in their homes, read blueprints, and coordinate with installers to plan jobs and build material lists.

As the first dedicated sales hire, you will shape the sales process, develop scripts, follow-up cadence, pricing presentations, and CRM discipline, while maintaining credibility with contractors, technicians, and homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include plumbing knowledge, ability to read blueprints, and proven sales closing ability.
• Experience with CRM and field-service software is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to homeowner sites are required.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer and contractor sales experience from first contact through a closed, planned job.
• Meet with homeowners to present repair and replacement options and work with contractors on new-construction projects.
• Read blueprints, perform material take-offs, and coordinate with install team to plan jobs.
• Build quotes, document interactions in CRM, and drive a structured follow-up cadence.
• Develop and improve sales scripts, pricing presentations, and CRM processes.
