Progress Residential is seeking a skilled Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, and perform additional residential maintenance as needed to ensure a safe, comfortable living environment.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years in general service and maintenance, HVAC and EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• HVAC certification via technical college or trade program preferred.
• EPA certification is required.
• 5+ years of general maintenance experience (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall).
• Experience repairing residential appliances is preferred.
• Own basic tools to perform service in a residential environment.
• Valid driver’s license in the working state and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances and more.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Adhere to safety policies, codes and EPA/OSHA regulations.
• Maintain timely completion of service requests and professional conduct.
