Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning in Maryland is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems across Maryland. This hands-on, customer-facing role offers a competitive pay range and a sign-on bonus with training opportunities.

You'll work in attics and crawl spaces, using a variety of tools while providing safe, high-quality workmanship and clear homeowner communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to pass background and drug screening
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Service and repairs on split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and air handlers
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues
• Document diagnostics and completed work in the system notes, photos, and invoices
• Communicate clearly with homeowners: problem, solution, pricing, and expectations
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle, tools, and appearance
• Follow all safety procedures and Maryland licensing requirements
