Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning is seeking Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Maryland to diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems in customers' residences. You will work hands-on inside homes, including attics and crawl spaces, delivering safe, professional workmanship.

We offer competitive pay, a 4- or 5-day work week, no on-call, and benefits after 31 days. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience, with opportunities for training toward Journeyman and Master licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Perform service and repairs on split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, IAQ components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about problem, solution, pricing, and expectations.
• Document diagnostics and completed work in the system.
• Follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
