Job summary

Blue Dot Heating, Air Conditioning in Havre de Grace, MD seeks experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians. You will diagnose, service and repair home comfort systems in customers’ homes, including attics and crawl spaces, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

We offer $25.00–$40.00+ per hour plus commission, 4- or 5-day work weeks, no on-call, and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience. Insurance after 31 days, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, and a take-home vehicle

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC service tech experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems across Maryland.
• Work inside homes (attics, crawl spaces) to troubleshoot issues and complete quality repairs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners: problem, solution, pricing, and expectations.
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle and appearance.
