Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service technician experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems across Maryland.
• Work inside homes (attics/crawl spaces) to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs.
• Maintain a clean, professional service vehicle and document work.
• Follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Communicate with homeowners about problems, solutions, and pricing.
