Job summary

Blue Dot Services of Maryland is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, service, and repair home comfort systems across Maryland. The role is hands-on and customer-facing, with work inside homes including attics and crawl spaces.

You will be trusted to work independently, deliver high workmanship, and represent the company professionally. We offer competitive pay, 4- or 5-day weeks, no on-call, and benefits after 31 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC service tech experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Perform service and repairs on split systems, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, air handlers, thermostats, and IAQ components.
• Troubleshoot electrical, airflow, refrigerant, ignition, venting, and control issues.
• Document diagnostics, recommended repairs, and completed work in the system.
• Maintain a clean and professional service vehicle, tools, and appearance.
• Follow all safety procedures, EPA guidelines, and Maryland licensing requirements.
